Meetings 2026/2027

The Society holds nine monthly meetings each year together with an AGM, typically on the fourth Monday of each month, covering a range of historical and social subjects of local, county or national interest.

Meetings are held at The Mission Room, 46 Well St, Finedon, Wellingborough NN9 5JP

Admission: FLHS Members £2.50 Non-Members £3.50

This presentation by Dan will include a fascinating slideshow that illustrates the wide variety of some sixty bridges in total that span the River Nene, with additional context given throughout the talk.This is a re-scheduled event postponed from 2026 due to technical difficulties and is free admittance!
